other big news

guess who doesn't wear diapers anymore?  me!  

i've been using the potty like a big boy for almost three weeks now.  how about that?  everyone is so proud and i'm really proud of myself.  i even use the potty in stores and restaurants. 

my big boy pants are way better than diapers!!!

grandma ruth

grandma ruth is here!  she came saturday night and it's so nice having her stay with us.  today we stayed home together and she took good care of me.  yesterday we made a little easter bunny house together.

my brothers went back to indiana.  i'm not sure where that is, but i hope i get to see them again soon.  

happy birthday maverick!

tonight we all went to maverick's birthday party at chick fil a!  it was soooo much fun.  there were lots of kids there and i had a good time playing on the slide and in the car tunnel.

mav had a cake shaped like a car.  it was really cool!  

aj's hair was in a mohawk and that was also really cool.

i took a long bath when we got home then mommy and i read the little engine that could.  it was a nice evening!

rowie came home today.  i was so happy to see him!  i gave him nice soft pets.

played with jonah and sam when i got home.  we played trains and jonah pushed me around in his car.  then i watched him play baseball downstairs on the tv.

my brothers got here today!

i love them so much and it's so exciting every time they come.  they play with me and eat with me and read to me and i just love it.

tonight mommy and i read the giving tree which is becoming one of my favorite books.  she says it's sad, but i don't think so.  it makes me think of my apple tree.

i said my prayers myself tonight, partly, and mommy said that made her proud.  there's lots of things i can do that she doesn't know about yet!

they finally came for me!

i was a little nervous that they weren't really coming today.  gram gave me my bath and put my jammies on.  i waited and waited by the front door and then finally dad's car pulled into the driveway!  i was so happy to see them.

i squealed and cuddled and ran around a little.  i showed them my new train and my new stuffed bunny, roscoe.

i asked about rowan and mom said he's still on an adventure with toby.  i hope they are having fun.

my brothers come tomorrow.  i can't wait to see them!  lots of excitement around here.

where'd they go?

really starting to wonder what gram has done with my parents.  sometimes she lets me talk to my mom, but not very often.  i ask to go to my house but i don't get straight answers.

it's not all bad, of course.  i mean, things at gram's are great.  i just wish she'd tell me what she's done to mom and dad.
